The police are wrongly identified as “the man” They should be Identifying “the Man” As their local politicians. There is a need to look in the Mirror for the ones responsible. Politicians are like parents that faced with evidence to the contrary, choose to deny reality; they take the attitude that their child would not do “that” whatever “That is”! Patrol officers hear this all the time. Most just shrug and walk away, knowing that the destruction of the child is thoroughly underway. This is wrong, but it is less likely to generate the thing that the patrolman fears most. That thing is a letter of complaint. In the ass chewing that occurs from one of these letters the political establishment never gives any credit to the officers attempt to point out the problem with defending “Johnny”, when the evidence is that Johnny is a on the path to becoming a “dirt bag corps in an ally” (I know this is harsh reality can be that way sometimes) My Prescription is: Look in the Mirror Take personal responsibility. Apologize for the children, but hold them accountable. Elect politicians that will hold wrong doers accountable; police and civilian alike. Community policing can only be as effective as the community’s willingness to by in. No by in! No peace! I am sick of politicians in both party’s getting away with all the criminal crap they get away with. The double standard is painfully obvious. I want a change to the U.S. constitution to allow the voters to choose an independent attorney general. A non-partisan attorney general would put the fear of god back in all these parties and the politicians that run them and steal from the taxpayer. The crap Hillary pulled, and Nixon before her, are examples. People who wrongfully identify with one or the other parties are made co-conspirators. A Legislative raid on the Police Pension Fund LEFF1 of Washington State
The Washington State Legislature For the Past several Years has been engaged in a cynical and extra-legal attempt to take funds that by established law, ( Ice Miller) (Talmadge-Bakenhus -V- City of Seattle)and ( Section 23 of the Washington State Constitution), can only be used to benefit the contributing members of the retirement plan. This situation on reflection is outrageous.
The State is in effect attempting to take control over the surplus in the LEFF 1 retirement to relieve a short fall in the teacher’s retirement fund. I have called this action an extra legal action. To put it bluntly it is theft!
It was theft from widows, orphans, and retired aging and disabled servants of the state. It is theft from those who answered a call to service, at a time in history when it was unpopular to enter the police profession.
To Attract Qualified applicants the State created the LEFF1 Retirement System. The system was funded by the members. As it turns out the system was over funded and a sizable surplus has been created. One of the reasons for the surplus was the belief that in the short run a flood of retirees would stress the fund and it may have created a burden on the state. This did not happen owing in great part to the dedication of those who served prior to the establishment of the fund. They didn’t flee the service as predicted. The carried on and By God I for one was glad for it. Yah some of them were gruff and hard but the job called for that. They both taught us and learned from us. The service made many changes. You Might say it grew up in the decades following the 1960s.
The men and woman who served under this system laid it all on the line; they don’t deserve this theft of their assets. Yes their assets!
The large sums of money sitting in the fund are apparently to great a temptation for a group of legislators bent on finding way to pay off their constituents for the votes that keep them in office. We find the actions of this group distasteful and frankly disgusting.
The proper solution to this problem is to remove the temptation. The fund should retain only 5% or 10% of the surplus and return the balance to the surviving members based on their individual service credits.
Trying to pay us off with some of the money and taking the rest is an insult. Whom do you think you are you who grind the face of the poor? What makes you think the good people of the state, once they know the facts, will let you get away with this?

For the last 30 years or so the Department of Justice in Washington D.C. has become more and more Politically Corrupt.
This organization is supposed to be the peoples watch dog of the government. It has become the lap dog of whatever political machine is in power. It may have always been this way, but I just noticed it sense the Nixon administration. We can’t trust the political parties to police themselves any more. As long as the ruling party has control of the Justice Department they are free to use their power to harass and intimidate their rivals.
So now we have the IRS EPA, and others being used for political witch hunts. The State Department playing fast and loose with national secrets and the Justice Department dragging its feet on the investigation of a politician while just two years ago they slammed a poor little Army corporal into the big house so fast he needed a Sex change operation. It’s just not right.
What I think we need here is an amendment to the constitution taking the department of Justice out of the political realm, and make it an independently elected nonpartisan possession, that We the people elect every two years with the house of representatives. We should term limit the job and bar any retirement or compensation other than what we the people set as fair and just compensation indexed to inflation. End of story. This way that office would be beholding to the people and only the people.
No more enforcing only the laws that politics dictate. That will teach the political parties not to make laws that they don’t want enforce.
It would also be welcome if at the same time they add a line to the amendment that states “ All elected officials shall adhere to the spirit of the constitution and the courts shall interpret the constitution as it was originally intended Under penalty of impeachment.” The Congress shall fully fund the Department of Justice, least they use the power of the purse for mischief.

I will sign an executive order giving the VFW and American Legion members the right to carry arms anywhere in the country as reserve deputy U.S. Martials. Then ask local jurisdictions to train those that volunteer at the various Halls and Posts on how to respond to acts of terror should they be called to defend their fellow citizens from an attack.
Those killers in Chicago shooting little kids in the street would have to think twice about popping rounds off willy-nilly. Why is any politician in this country being allowed to put up with any of this? We see people in the streets protesting but they are not the right people. They are the problem people.

You who are not so blessed as I am with the knowledge and ability to defend myself and others, need to get off your duff, can the BS about the Police and get on the phone to your representatives. VOTE the SOB’s out of office that don’t see that we are at war with radicals whatever their criminal persuasion.
When two or more people come together, with the intent to violate the law, or assist others to violate a law. That my friend is a criminal conspiracy, in and of its self. With this in mind ; I ask why is anyone in this country putting up with sanctuary city’s? to put up with it is to make criminals of the voters that condone it.
As lethal as these terrorist are, quibbling over how we get them or where we house them seems to me to be a fool’s endeavor. They are enemy combatants or spies and saboteurs and are not entitled to rights of any kind. Look it up if you don’t believe it. I’ll go a step further and say any person illegally in this country who commits a crime whereby damage to property occurs or injures or assaults any government employee; makes war on this country and needs to be treated accordingly.

I don’t know what the president is thinking. The military is given instructions not hurt civilians in a war zone? What kind of rules of engagement is that? Well it the kind of rules you get in a police action with a cornered suspect in a well rune city. I heard this, this yellowed bellied coward actually say in effect that he just can’t send our boys to war because some of them might get hurt.
Well piss on you Mr. Yellow belly. The heroes at Walter Reed and other hospitals around this country and around the world don’t need your yellow bellied belittlement. They earned every nick and bruise as fighting heroes. The truth be known, they got some of those nicks and bruises due to your cowardly rules of engagement. During my service in the 1960’s I rubbed shoulders with many fine officers and enlisted men I can’t think of one that would give you the time of day. They might say this about you though “Your not fit to shit between a pair of G.I. boots”. Commander and chief? Commander of what?
Go back to your safe little world in that shit hole you call Chicago and get back to organizing your dirt bag college friends in the game of let’s pretend that America is just a bunch of raciest white trash.
